Congratulations to Blake Ridenour , winner of the 2014 Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership Essay Contest.

Blake will represent Chesapeake High School at the HOBY Leadership Seminar May 22-25, 2014 at Denison University. Also, congratulations to runner-up, Robin Frye.
