Career Pathways ODE Career Connections
Help your child explore career options through Ohio Department of Education's Career Link at
A Career Pathway is a collective look at education and training, wage and outlook information for related occupations. These pathways offer an overview of the various career options along with education and training that can begin as early as grade 7. Whether a student is interested in going to college, getting a certificate or working right after high school, career pathways can be customized for any ambition or plan.
Reading and Math PEAKE Tutoring Program
During PEAKE homework time at CHS, students are divided into small groups based on their educational weaknesses. Tutors provide one-on-one support to the students while creating a rapport with them. These small groups allow them to unwind and develop skills that foster success.  PEAKE encourages students to maintain or raise their grades in school.  The PEAKE after-school program believes in the educational success of students so much that they purchased IXL as an enrichment tool for Reading and Math. This program is incorporated into the tutoring sessions as whole group or individual learning.  To reward students for their dilligent work ethic, rewards such as field trips, dinners, and prizes are given often. Many of these prizes provide cultural experiences not often seen in our area.
If you're interested in your child attending the PEAKE After-School Program, contact Mrs. Robin Kimball at robin.kimball@peake.k12.oh.us.
