DISTRICT SURVEY
Chesapeake Schools wants to hear from you! We are excited to be partnering with YouthTruth to gather student, staff, and family feedback! Students (grades 3-12) and all staff will receive an email link to the anonymous survey, but we also want to hear from parents/guardians. Please take time to fill out the following parent/guardian survey:

We will also be asking your child to participate in the YouthTruth Student Survey in the coming weeks during math class. This year our district is part of the Ohio Collaborative for Educating Remotely and Transforming Schools, a partnership to improve remote education practices and outcomes. All participating districts are conducting this survey to learn from students, families, and educators about their learning experiences. The YouthTruth Student Survey is a nationally recognized survey used in hundreds of schools and districts across the country, surveying hundreds of thousands of students. The survey asks students about their school experiences, including their relationships with their teachers and their peers, how engaged they are, the challenge of their coursework, and their preparedness for the future. Our school, other schools, and researchers may use such information for developing plans to help schools and teachers improve. Your child’s ratings will not be identified in any reports because results are shared at the group level. Personally identifiable information will not be released to any third party.
Surveying runs from April 12-May 14.
