Special Education Family Engagement Survey

(Families of students who are currently on an IEP, are being asked to fill out this survey.) Chesapeake Schools will be required to post this notification 3 or 4 more times, so once a family has filled out the survey, please disregard any further requests. Families do not need to fill out the survey more than once.
