PAUL “HAMMIE” LEFFINGWELL life long resident of
Chesapeake entered into his eternal home, Sunday, January 8,
2012. His life will be celebrated on Thursday, January 12, 2012 beginning at 11am at the Burlington Baptist Church. Hammie is a 1955 graduate of Chesapeake High School, a former Village of Chesapeake Councilman and served nearly 50 years as a former Chesapeake Little League President and Little League and TeeBall Coach. He served as a member of Chesapeake Board of Education for 32 years, member of Collins Career Center Board 22 years and also served as a Republican Committeeman, former Juvenile Probation Officer, and worked for the Ohio Department of Highways. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home. Our condolences to his wife Carol and family.
